- Adobe Express have dedicate functions and templates for reels (only online)
- Canva can be downloaded and installed on many OS
- iMovie (for MAC) or Movie Maker (for PC). Both are free to use, but they don’t offer as many tools as other softwares might suggest.
- Blender - is a 3D software. It is open source and free. It provides various tools. It is especially good for beginners. Blender offers a comprehensive creative feature set for 3D computer animation, modeling, simulation, rendering, and compositing on a highly extensible production platform.
- Flash - is a software for 2D animation. Well, it’s not free, but it is relatively cheap.
- Pencil 2D - is also a 2D animation. It is free to use and offers many tools. Plus it is comparatively easy to use.
- Maya - animation software offers a comprehensive creative feature set for 3D computer animation, modeling, simulation, rendering, and compositing on a highly extensible production platform.
- Softimage - does pretty much the same as the previous one. They both help to create 3D animation.
- Cinema4D - this is again a 3D program. It works directly with after effects.
- Anime Studio - The professional program gives you all the tools that the beginner version has plus additional advanced features to create more complex animations. Some features in the beginner version have limitations that the pro version doesn’t.
